Who we are
AA Reliable Technology Solutions is a small engineering consultancy based in Vancouver, BC. Our privacy officer can be reached at info@aareliable.ca.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email and message, and anything optional you add (company, phone, service, setup size, timeline, business location, how you found us, and whether it’s urgent or you’d like a call). The form also tells us which page and button you came from, and the name of the website that linked you here, if any.
How it reaches us
The form goes to our contact service on Amazon Web Services in the United States, which emails it to info@aareliable.ca, a Google Workspace mailbox. The contact service keeps a short log of each request with its status and spam-check result, never what you wrote.
Spam checks and visit counts
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sent the form. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how Cloudflare handles this.
Your browser
If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your own browser. It is never sent to us.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to do the work you ask for. We don’t sell it, rent it or use it for advertising, and we share it only with the providers named above.
How long we keep it
Up to two years after our last contact, then we delete it.
Your choices
Email info@aareliable.ca to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
Information outside Canada
Amazon Web Services, Google and Cloudflare may store or process your information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local laws.
